SHOP CATEGORIES:
We do small editions, made-to-order products and one-of-a-kind items;
Collections are produced in small series of different sizes. Some pieces are offered as made-to-order after the initial edition is sold out. We only start sewing them after an order is placed, and need about 10 days for this.
Unique pieces are ready made and only one (or two) of a kind. It takes a while to update this webshop, so to keep up to date with the very last creations, check our instagram.
PRODUCT CARE AND SERVICE:
Treches products in cotton, linen and hemp can be cleaned in the washing machine at 40°C.
Hang to dry or tumble dry after cleaning.
Digital printed fabrics survive the washing machine but sateen printed fabrics might loose their shine. Wash it by hand to keep it looking fresh!
Wool can be aired or washed in cold water, streched into shape and laid out to dry.
Our products are made to last.
If you should notice any trouble with our clothing, please contact us!
We can repair clothing in our studio in Berlin. If a reparation is not possible we will replace your product.
SIZING:
In an attempt not to dictate who can wear what, we've decided to get rid of gendered sizing and instead just use numbers.
To find what number to pick you can see the measurements of each garment under "dimensions", where corresponding conventional sizes are also included. As an example, size 4 of 4 means the largest of 4 sizes, it is not synonymous with any particular size.
This is a possible new solution we're testing so please write us if things are unclear or you know a better way.
PAYMENTS:
We accept Bank Transfers and Paypal (including credit cards). You pay up front and we'll ship/start production when we get it!
Prices include 19 % german sales tax. Non-EU customers may have to pay import tax.
SHIPPING:
Ready made items take 3-5 days for handling and shipping. Made to order items need 10-15 days delivery time.
Recycled paper and carton is used for packaging.
We ship with DHL to all of Europe and Americas, from Germany.
The rates are:
Germany: 4,50 € with free shipping for orders over 150 €
EU: 8 € with free shipping for orders over 200 €
Switzerland and Norway: 13 € with free shipping for orders over 250 €
Americas: 18 € with free shipping for orders over 250 €
RETURNS:
If you don't like the product, return it within 2 weeks and we'll return your payment.
It doesn't matter if the product was ready made or made to order by us.
If the product does not fit, send it back and receive another size, or, if you wish, your money back.
If you should notice any problems with the quality of our garments, please return it and we will repair or replace your product.
Customers carry the shipping costs of returns.
